Mt. Elgon Blend

Getting caffeinated is the ultimate form of self-indulgence, especially when the coffee is carefully sourced from premier growing regions and roasted only in limited batches. From Uganda’s Kapchorwa district, on the eastern border of neighboring Kenya, comes this high grown lot of washed, 100% shade canopy, mixed varietal, arabica. The nation’s highest grade of arabica is grown high on the slopes of Mt. Elgon at an elevation of 5,400 - 7,200ft. This coffee is grown by a group of small farm holders within the region. Banana trees grow alongside the coffee, contributing to the 100% natural shade canopy. Almost a thousand individual farmers contribute to the overall lot. Each manages their own farm and is responsible for the production of about 1,000 arabica coffee trees. Fresh roasted and sealed in ♻️recyclable pods.
