Tasting Notes:

1. Colombian Sierra Nevada – BODY: Medium, ACIDITY: High – This classic organic Colombian coffee brings together a mellow acidity and strong caramel sweetness, with a nutty undertone. Sweet and medium-bodied, Colombia has the most recognizable coffee flavor to most North American coffee drinkers.

2. Ethiopian Harrar – BODY: High/Dark, ACIDITY: Low – Heavy-bodied, spicy and fragrant, Ethiopian Harrar coffee is a wild and exotic dry processed (Natural) Arabica coffee that is grown on small farms in the Oromia region (formerly Harrar) in southern Ethiopia at elevations between 4,500 and 6,500 feet.

3. Bukit Lawang Sumatran – BODY: High/Dark, ACIDITY: Low – Some of the world's finest premium coffees are grown in Sumatra. These coffees are distinguished by their full body, more earthy than Java Arabica, and with a low acidity. Sumatran coffees are renown for providing a rich, satisfying flavor.

4. Quetzaltenango Guatemala – BODY: Medium, ACIDITY: Medium – This highly rated and well-known gourmet coffee is light-medium roasted, but brews as a full-bodied coffee with unique smoky and chocolatey undertones. Richly complex and well-balanced with hints of spice in the finish that will please the senses.

5. "Fanatic Organic" Organic House Blend Coffee is the cornerstone of our Fair Trade Organic line. This coffee is a satisfying blend of medium and dark roasts with deep, rich and full-bodied with citrus undertones.
